This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern the access to and use of the MinutePay mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
1. Platform Ownership
MinutePay is owned and operated by Younger Brother Infinite Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in India
(hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using MinutePay, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with applicable policies including Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other guidelines published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
3. Definitions

User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform to hire services.

Freelancer / Service Provider: Any individual or entity offering skills or services through MinutePay.

Services: Skill-based services offered via chat, call, task, booking, or engagement.

Subscription: Paid plans that provide enhanced visibility, leads, or platform access.

Commission: A service fee charged by MinutePay on successful transactions.
4. Eligibility

Users and Freelancers must be at least 18 years of age.

Freelancers confirm that they possess the required skills, qualifications, and legal permissions to offer services.

Information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
5. Nature of Platform
MinutePay is a technology-based marketplace that connects Users with Freelancers.

MinutePay does not provide services directly.

All services are rendered independently by Freelancers.

MinutePay is not a party to any agreement between Users and Freelancers, except for facilitating payments and platform access.
6. Freelancer Model: Commission & Subscription
a) Commission-Based Model

MinutePay may charge a commission on each successful service transaction.

Commission rates may vary by category, service type, or region and will be disclosed within the Platform.

Commission is deducted before payout to the Freelancer.
b) Subscription-Based Model

Freelancers may opt for paid subscription plans for benefits such as:

Higher visibility

Priority leads
-
Reduced commission

Access to premium features

Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
MinutePay reserves the right to modify commission structures and subscription pricing at any time.
7. Payments & Payouts

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

Freelancers receive payouts after deduction of applicable commissions, taxes, or fees.

MinutePay does not guarantee minimum earnings or job availability.
8. User & Freelancer Responsibilities
You agree:

To use the Platform lawfully and ethically

Not to bypass the Platform for payments or services

Not to post false, misleading, or illegal content
-
To maintain professionalism and respectful conduct
Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
9. Ratings, Reviews & Conduct

Users may rate and review Freelancers based on genuine experiences.

Fake reviews, manipulation, or abuse will result in strict action.

MinutePay reserves the right to remove content that violates platform policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, logos, software, and design are owned or licensed by the Platform Owner.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
MinutePay shall not be liable for:

Quality, outcome, or legality of services provided by Freelancers

Disputes between Users and Freelancers

Losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from service engagements
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
13. Suspension & Termination
MinutePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

Platform integrity is compromised
14. Force Majeure
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India, unless otherwise mandated by applicable international laws for global users.
16. Global Usage
MinutePay is accessible worldwide. Users and Freelancers are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
